Located at La Daille you just have to cross the road to go skiing, the Funival, and other chairlifts will connect you to the top of Bellevarde. Each room has a spectacular view, better sometime than some of the expensive hotels of Val d’Isere. The restaurant offers a family type food: soups, cheese, local specialties and a dish of the day. Yes, you are not in the village of Val d’Isere but we would like to remind you that the Hamlet of La Daille is not far. There are buses running all day until late at night and it takes no more than 5 minutes.

Hotel Ormelune

Right in the center of Val d’Isere, 2 minutes away from the piste and the ski schools departure point, it is a practical location. The only fault is that the view from some bedrooms is not spectacular which is difficult to achieve when you are situated in the village. The fun of the decoration will surprise you and no doubt you will enjoy the bar which opens as early as 4pm. La Toviere has 24 bedrooms, each one of them with a spectacular view over the mountains. The bedding is new and of very good quality, the rooms have all been refreshed, baths or showers en suite. You can choose half board or not, but if you decide to stay for supper after all you will be welcome and not penalised on the rate. It is a great little hotel with this new management young and eager to improve the decoration over the years to come. Located in the old part of La Daille, just before Val d’Isere 10 minutes away by free shuttle bus. You just have to cross the road to reach the lifts. At the hotel Ormelune there is a bar worth a visit. Spacious, comfortable and fun with a really original decor it will be a great place to meet friends. Sandrine, the lady in charge, wanted to innovate, she has definitely succeeded. You can come as early as 4 o’clock for a drink or something to eat. In the evening the menu at 25€ can be served in the eating area, at the bar or in front of the fire, in a casual way.
