    Proprietors’Association (APVI)

    The Association of Val d’Isere Property Owners: APVI

    APVI is looking for new members, most especially from the non French  and English speaking community.

    The owners association (APVI) has been established in Val d’Isere for well over 40 years. It’s membership consists of some 250 families, predominantly French. There are however a representative number of other nationalities, especially English.

    Why join?
    The objective of the organisation is:

    - To bring together not just property owners, but also friends of Val d’Isere and to keep them informed on current topics, key issues, plans for the village and the ski area.

    - To provide a forum in which to express a collective opinion to the Conseil Municipal.

    - To organize events for members such as picnics, off piste skiing mornings, avalanche rescue training, cookery masterclasses as well as summer walks.

    - To create an opportunity for members to question the mayor, the town council, the lift company (STVI) and all those who run the village during The Annual General Meeting held between Christmas and New Year

    - To encourage people to participate in the ‘Family’ giant slalom race ( every generation is welcome) during Christmas holidays enabling them to meet the local community.

    - To obtain discounts at a range of sports shops and ski schools.

    We want you:

    APVI is looking for new members, most especially from the non French  and English speaking community, to bring their view and their differences.  The cost is only €30 each year.  You will find the details below, please think about joining.

    APVI is chaired by its President, Mme Francoise Colin Bertin. Francoise and her family have a very long association with Val d’Isere. There are regular meetings of the administrative committee, which consists of approximately 10 members.
